Bayhaqi 20340 — What the judge rules by and the mufti gives fatwa

Al-Harith bin Amr (may Allah have mercy on him), who was among the students of Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him), said that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) to Yemen. It has the same meaning as the above.
