باب: ما جاء فيمن حلف: ليقضين حقه إلى حين، أو إلى زمان، وما يستدل به على أنه ليس له وقت معلوم

Bayhaqi 20019 — Reports on one who swears he will repay another's due
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثنا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمِنْهَالِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ: " الْحِينُ سِتَّةُ أَشْهُرٍ ".
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Hin means six months.
