أَخْبَرَنَا الْإِمَامُ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْإِسْفِرَايِينِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الشَّافِعِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثنا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّقَاشِيُّ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعُشَرَاءِ الدَّارِمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَمَا تَكُونُ الذَّكَاةُ إِلَّا فِي الْحَلْقِ وَاللَّبَّةِ؟ قَالَ: " وَأَبِيكَ لَوْ طَعَنْتَ فِي فَخِذِهَا لَأَجْزَأَ عَنْكَ ". ⦗٤١٤⦘ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: وَهَذَا فِي الْمُتَرَدِّي وَأَشْبَاهِهِ.
Abu al-Ushara' al-Darimi narrates from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Is slaughter done only at the throat?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If you had struck it with a spear in its thigh, that too would have sufficed for you."
