Bayhaqi 16300 — A sound man who destroys the eye of a one-eyed man

A one-eyed man who had put out the eye of a healthy man was brought to Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him), and he (may Allah be pleased with him) did not have retaliation taken from him, but ruled the full blood money.
