Bayhaqi 16292 — A sound man who destroys the eye of a one-eyed man

Masruq (may Allah have mercy on him) said, regarding a one-eyed man whose healthy eye is struck: I did not put out his (first) eye; am I to pay blood money for what Allah destroyed? For it there is only half the blood money.
