أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْإِسْفَرَايِينِيُّ بِهَا، أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، أنبأ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا هِشَامٌ، ثنا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، فِي الَّذِي يَقْتُلُ فِي الْحَرَمِ قَالَ: دِيَةٌ وَثُلُثُ دِيَةٍ.
Sa'id bin al-Musayyab (may Allah have mercy on him) said concerning the one who is killed in the Haram: his diyah is the full diyah plus an additional third.
