Bayhaqi 15972 — Retaliation between men and women, and between slaves
وَعَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، مِثْلَهُ: أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، فَذَكَرَهُنَّ وَرُوِّينَا عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ، بِخِلَافِهِ فِيمَا دُونَ النَّفْسِ.
It is narrated like the previous hadith from Ja'far bin Burqan from Umar bin Abd al-Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him); Sufyan mentioned all of these reports.
