Bayhaqi 15832 — s on the prohibition of killing, on whom retaliation

Sufyan bin Uyaynah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When the people of knowledge were asked about this, they would answer that there is no repentance for him; but when a person had actually committed a killing, they would tell him to repent.
