أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبِي عَنْ وَطْءِ الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ، فَقَالَ: ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ غَيْلَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ قَمِيرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: " الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ لَا يَغْشَاهَا زَوْجُهَا " قَالَ أَبِي: وَرَأَيْتُ فِي كِتَابِ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ كَمَا رَوَاهُ وَكِيعٌ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: الْمُسْتَحَاضَةُ لَا يَغْشَاهَا زَوْجُهَا. قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ فَفَصَلَ قَوْلَ الشَّعْبِيِّ مِنْ قَوْلِ عَائِشَةَ.
(a) Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) says that the husband of a woman with prolonged bleeding (istihadah) should not have intercourse with her.
(b) It is narrated from al-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) that the husband of a woman with prolonged bleeding should not have intercourse with her.
(c) Mu'adh bin Mu'adh narrated it from Shu'bah and separated the words of al-Sha'bi from the words of Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her).
(b) It is narrated from al-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) that the husband of a woman with prolonged bleeding should not have intercourse with her.
(c) Mu'adh bin Mu'adh narrated it from Shu'bah and separated the words of al-Sha'bi from the words of Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her).
