أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي سُرَيْجٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ⦗٤٨٨⦘ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي قَيْسٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ حَمْنَةَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ، " أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ مُسْتَحَاضَةً وَكَانَ زَوْجُهَا يُجَامِعُهَا " وَيُذْكَرُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ أَبَاحَ وَطْأَهَا وَهُوَ قَوْلُ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَالْحَسَنِ وَعَطَاءٍ وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ وَغَيْرِهِمْ.
It is narrated from Sayyidah Hamnah bint Jahsh (may Allah be pleased with her) that she had prolonged bleeding (istihadah), and her husband used to have intercourse with her.
It is mentioned from Ibn Abbas that he permitted intercourse with her, and this is the view of Ibn al-Musayyib, al-Hasan, Ata, Sa'id bin Jubayr and others.
