Bayhaqi 15443 — There is no waiting period for a woman whose husband

It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that she is entitled only to half of the dower (mahr), and there is no waiting period upon her.
Imam al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Shurayh said this, and it is the apparent ruling of the Book.
