It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I was sitting spinning wool, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was mending his sandal. Sweat began to flow from his forehead, and light was shining forth from his sweat, and I fell silent in amazement. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) looked at me and said: "O Aishah, what has amazed you?" I said: The sweat coming from your forehead and the light coming from that sweat; and if Abu Kabir al-Hudhali had seen you, he would have known that you are more deserving of his poetry. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What did Abu Kabir say?" Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: He says:
"And he is pure of every stain of menstruation, safe from the harm of a nursing mother and the illness of one with a headache. When you look at the radiance of his face, it shines like the flashing of a thundering, gleaming cloud."
Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up towards me, kissed me between my eyes and said: "O Aishah, may Allah reward you with the best reward on my behalf."
