Bayhaqi 15227 — One who said: the resolve to divorce is the passing

Masruq narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him): When a man swears not to go to his wife and four months pass, it is one divorce; he may propose marriage to her during her waiting period, and no one else may propose to her, and the waiting period is three menstrual cycles.
