Bayhaqi 15197 — The marriage of a woman divorced three times

Al-Zubayr bin Abd al-Rahman bin al-Zubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Rifa'ah (may Allah be pleased with him) divorced his wife Tamimah bint Wahb (may Allah be pleased with her), and he mentioned a hadith with the same meaning. [Sahih. It has preceded before this.]
