أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْقَاضِي ثنا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ ثنا قَتَادَةُ، حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عُتَيْبَةَ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الْحَمِيدِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ مِقْسَمًا حَدَّثَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَزَعَمَ أَنَّهُ أَتَى يَعْنِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَأَمَرَهُ نَبِيُّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ " كَذَا رَوَاهُ حَمَّادُ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ مَرْفُوعًا وَفِي رِوَايَةِ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ دَلَالَةٌ عَلَى أَنَّ ذَلِكَ مَوْقُوفٌ وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الشَّقَرِيَّ مَوْقُوفًا إِلَّا أَنَّهُ أَسْقَطَ عَبْدَ الْحَمِيدِ مِنْ إِسْنَادِهِ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said that he had come to his wife while she was menstruating. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him "to give one dinar in charity, and if he does not find it, then half a dinar (in charity)". (b) Qatadah narrated it from al-Hakam as marfu', while Shu'bah narrates it from al-Hakam as mawquf; likewise Abu Abdullah al-Shaqari narrated it as mawquf, except that in his chain the narrator Abd al-Hamid is dropped.
