أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا غَشِيَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَسَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ. وَلَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ أَيْضًا مِنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to give "one dinar or half a dinar in charity." His hearing of it from Abd al-Hamid is not established.
