Bayhaqi 14209 — The marriage of one in the state of ihram

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ: " وَهِمَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فِي تَزْوِيجِ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ".
Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) said: It is an error on the part of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) married Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) while in the state of ihram.
