Book of Marriage
باب: من قال: لا ينفسخ النكاح بينهما بإسلام أحدهما، إذا كانت مدخولا بها حتى تنقضي عدتها قبل إسلام المتخلف منهما
Chapter: One who said: the marriage between them is not annulled by one of them accepting Islam, if it had been consummated, until her waiting period ends before the other accepts Islam

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ، أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، أنبأ أَبُو يَعْلَى الْمَوْصِلِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أنبأ الْحَجَّاجُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رَدَّ ابْنَتَهُ إِلَى أَبِي الْعَاصِ بِمَهْرٍ جَدِيدٍ وَنِكَاحٍ جَدِيدٍ ".
Amr bin Shu'ayb narrates from his father, from his grandfather (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned his daughter Zaynab (may Allah be pleased with her) with a new dowry and a new marriage contract.
