وَأَنْبَأَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، ⦗٢٦٧⦘ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ لَهُ أَمَتَانِ أُخْتَانِ وَطِئَ إِحْدَاهُمَا، ثُمَّ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَطَأَ الْأُخْرَى قَالَ: " لَا حَتَّى يُخْرِجَهَا مِنْ مِلْكِهِ ".
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that a man asked him: he has two slave-women who are sisters; he has had intercourse with one and intends to have intercourse with the other? He said: It is not permissible until she leaves his ownership.
