باب: نكاح المحدثين وما جاء في قول الله عز وجل: الزاني لا ينكح إلا زانية أو مشركة والزانية لا ينكحها إلا زان أو مشرك وحرم ذلك على المؤمنين
Chapter: The marriage of fornicators, and reports on the saying of Allah the Mighty and Majestic: "The fornicator does not marry except a fornicatress or a polytheist woman, and the fornicatress none marries except a fornicator or a polytheist man, and that has been forbidden to the believers"

أَخْبَرَنَاهُ الْإِمَامُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ، أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ فِرَاسٍ، ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الدَّيْبُلِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {الزَّانِي لَا يَنْكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً} [النور: ٣] قَالَ: " لَا يَزْنِي إِلَّا بِزَانِيَةٍ "، قَالَ الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا الْمَعْنَى مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ.
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) says concerning this saying of Allah Almighty, "The fornicator does not marry except a fornicatress or a polytheist woman" [Surah al-Nur: 3], that the fornicator commits zina only with a fornicatress.
The Shaykh (may Allah have mercy on him) says: A hadith with the same meaning is also narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) through another chain.
