وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ، أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ، ثنا سَعِيدٌ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، ثنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ " أُتِيَ بِامْرَأَةٍ قَدْ تَزَوَّجَتْ عَبْدَهَا فَعَاقَبَهَا وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ عَبْدِهَا وَحَرَّمَ عَلَيْهَا الْأَزْوَاجَ عُقُوبَةً لَهَا " وَهُمَا مُرْسَلَانِ يُؤَكِّدُ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ.
A woman who had married her slave was brought to Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him). He (may Allah be pleased with him) punished her, separated the two of them, and, as a punishment for her, made (all other) husbands unlawful for her.
Both of these are mursal, and each one supports the other.
