اُردوEn
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْإِسْفِرَايِينِيُّ، أنبأ زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا عَفَّانُ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثنا مُجَالِدٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيٌّ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ، وَشُرَيْحٌ: " لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ ".
Al-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sayyiduna Ali and Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) and Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "There is no marriage without a guardian."
