Bayhaqi 12700 — One who is entrusted is not liable

Amr bin Shu'ayb reports from his father, from his grandfather (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no liability upon the one entrusted."
(b) "Whoever is entrusted with something is not liable for it."
