Bayhaqi 12229 — A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever

Amr bin Shu'ayb (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father, and he from his grandfather (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The people of two different religions never inherit from one another."
