Bayhaqi 12230 — A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, nor a disbeliever from a Muslim, nor do the people of two religions inherit from one another."
