أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ: " أَنَا وَأُمِّي مِنَ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ، كَانَتْ أُمِّي مِنَ النِّسَاءِ، وَأَنَا مِنَ الْوِلْدَانِ " رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ.
Ubaydullah bin Abi Yazid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I heard Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) say: My mother and I were among the oppressed weak ones; my mother was among the women and I was among the children.
