أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الْمُذَكِّرُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ السِّمْنَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ أُهْدِيَ إِلَيْهِ وَعِنْدَهُ قَوْمٌ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ " وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، وَرَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ فَذَكَرَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَوْقُوفًا غَيْرَ مَرْفُوعٍ، وَهُوَ أَصَحُّ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is given a gift while other people are with him, they too are partners in that gift."
Ahmad bin Yusuf narrated it from Abd al-Razzaq as a statement of Ibn Abbas (mawquf), not attributed to the Prophet (marfu'), and that is more correct.
