أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْعَلَوِيُّ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الشَّرْقِيِّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ، ثنا مِنْدَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ أُهْدِيَتْ لَهُ هَدِيَّةٌ وَعِنْدَهُ نَاسٌ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ فِيهَا " وَرُوِيَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو، وَفِيهِ نَظَرٌ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is given a gift while people are with him, they are partners in it."
