قَالَ: وَأنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ حِبَّانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ وَقَالَ فِيهِ: فَقَضَى عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ.
Like the previous narration, but in it are the words: The judgement was given by Umar bin Abd al-Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him).
