Bayhaqi 11266 — Interdiction of a bankrupt and selling his property
اُردوEn
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ: نُبِّئْتُ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ، وَقَالَ: " نُقْسِمْ مَالَهُ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحِصَصِ ".
Ayyub (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I have been informed that Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) gave a similar judgement, and he said: "We will divide his property among the creditors in shares."
