وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِنَحْوِهِ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " أُنْزِلَتْ فِي وَالِي مَالِ الْيَتِيمِ الَّذِي يَقُومُ عَلَيْهِ وَيُصْلِحُهُ، إِذَا كَانَ مُحْتَاجًا أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْهُ " أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَمُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ نُمَيْرٍ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ.
In one narration the wording is: This verse was revealed concerning the guardian of an orphan's wealth, who looks after the orphan's wealth and manages it properly: when he is in hardship and need, he may eat from it in a fair manner.
