Bayhaqi 10640 — Muzabanah and muhaqalah

Sufyan bin Uyaynah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Ibn Jurayj (may Allah have mercy on him) that he mentioned its meaning; they both said regarding the hadith: Muhaqalah is that a man sells a standing wheat crop for 100 faraq (faraq: 3 sa'; one sa' is 2100 grams, three sa' are 6300 grams, and 100 faraq are 630000 grams); muzabanah is selling the fresh fruit that is on top of the date palms for 100 faraq of dried dates.
Mukhabarah is renting out land in return for a third or a quarter of the produce.
