حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْعَلَوِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ إِمْلَاءً، أنا أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ الشَّرْقِيِّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا سَافَرْتُمْ فِي الْخِصْبِ فَأَعْطُوا الْإِبِلَ حَظَّهَا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ، وَإِذَا سَافَرْتُمْ فِي السَّنَةِ أَوْ فِي الْجَدْبِ فَأَسْرِعُوا السَّيْرَ عَلَيْهَا وَإِذَا عَرَّسْتُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ فَاجْتَنِبُوا الطَّرِيقَ، فَإِنَّهُ مَأْوَى الْهَوَامِّ بِاللَّيْلِ "،.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you travel in a time of fertility, give the camels their share of the land; and when you travel in a year of famine and drought, make them travel quickly; and when you stop to camp at night, avoid the road, for at night it is the shelter and resting place of crawling creatures."
