Chapter: Those who did not hold that one prevented by illness may leave ihram
Bayhaqi 10091 — Those who did not hold that one prevented by illness
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثنا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لَا حَصْرَ إِلَّا حَصْرَ ⦗٣٥٩⦘ الْعَدُوِّ " زَادَ أَحَدُهُمَا: ذَهَبَ الْحَصْرُ الْآنَ.
Tawus and Amr bin Dinar (may Allah have mercy on them both) narrate from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that there is no prevention except prevention by an enemy. One of the two added: Prevention has now come to an end.

The saying of Allah Almighty: "And complete the Hajj and Umrah for Allah. But if you are prevented, then (offer) whatever sacrificial animal is easily available." (the verse) [Surah al-Baqarah: 196]
