أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا: أنبأ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، قَالَ: جَلَسْتُ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَجَلَسَ إِلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ لَمْ أَرَ رَجُلًا أَطْوَلَ شَعْرًا مِنْهُ، فَقَالَ: أَحْرَمْتُ وَعَلَيَّ هَذَا الشَّعْرُ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: " اشْتَمِلْ عَنْ مَا دُونَ الْأُذُنَيْنِ مِنْهُ "، قَالَ: قَبَّلْتُ امْرَأَةً لَيْسَ بِامْرَأَتِي، قَالَ: " زَنَى فُوكَ "، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ قَمْلَةً فَطَرَحْتُهَا، قَالَ: " تِلْكَ الضَّالَّةُ لَا تُبْتَغَى ".
Maymun bin Mihran (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I was sitting with Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), and a man sat with him; I had never seen anyone with longer hair than him. He said: I have entered ihram with this hair on me. Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Wrap up the part of it that is below the ears. He said: I kissed a woman who was not my wife. He said: Your mouth has committed fornication. He said: I saw a louse and threw it away. He said: That is a lost thing that is not sought.
