أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، فِي كِتَابِ مُخْتَصَرِ الْحَجِّ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ الْعَامِرِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، " أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِي حَمَامَةٍ مِنْ حَمَامِ مَكَّةَ بِشَاةٍ ".
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he ruled that a sheep is due for one of the pigeons of Makkah.
