Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1980 — he did not see any harm in a fasting person
نا مُحَمَّدٌ ، نا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ : " أَنَّهُ كَانَ لا يَرَى بِالْحِجَامَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ بَأْسًا "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) that he did not see any harm in a fasting person getting cupped.
