Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1979 — there is no harm for a fasting person
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الأَنْصَارِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : " لا بَأْسَ بِالْحِجَامَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ "
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that there is no harm for a fasting person in getting cupped.
