Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1981 — there is no harm for a fasting person
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، نا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : " لا بَأْسَ بِالْحِجَامَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ "
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that there is no harm for a fasting person to get cupped.
