«اذكر الموت في صلاتك فإن الرجل إذا ذكر الموت في صلاته لحري أن يحسن صلاته وصل صلاة رجل لا يظن أنه يصلي صلاة غيرها وإياك وكل أمر يعتذر منه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Remember death in your prayer, for when a man remembers death in his prayer, it is very likely that he will perform his prayer well. And pray the prayer of a man who is not certain that he will pray any other prayer after it (that is, consider it the last prayer of your life). And guard yourself against every deed for which one has to make an apology."
