«يا عائشة! استعيذي بالله من شر هذا فإن هذا هوالغاسق إذا وقب» - يعني القمر - ... [حم ت ك] عن عائشة
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"O Aishah! Seek refuge with Allah from the evil of this (the moon), for this is the darkening one (al-ghasiq) when it overspreads."
