«لا تبادروني بركوع ولا بسجود فإنه مهما أسبقكم به إذا ركعت تدركوني إذا رفعت ومهما أسبقكم به إذا سجدت تدركوني به إذا رفعت إني قد بدنت»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Do not go ahead of me in bowing or in prostration, for however far ahead of you I get when I bow, you catch up with me when I rise; and however far ahead of you I get when I prostrate, you catch up with me when I rise. Indeed, I have grown old (and heavy)."
