«إذا شربوا الخمر فاجلدوهم ثم إن شربوها فاجلدوهم ثم إن شربوها فاجلدوهم ثم إن شربوا فاقتلوهم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When people drink wine, flog them; then if they drink again, flog them; then if they drink (a third time), flog them; and if they drink (again after that), kill them."
