«من أعمر شيئا فهو لمعمره محياه ومماته ولا ترقبوا فمن أرقب شيئا فهو سبيل الميراث»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever gives something as an umra (a lifetime gift), it becomes the recipient's, both in his lifetime and after his death. And do not make ruqba (a gift conditional on survival), for whoever gives something as a ruqba, it follows the course of inheritance."
