«من أعمر رجلا عمرى فهي له ولعقبه يرثها من يرثه من عقبه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever gives a man something as an umra (a lifetime gift), it becomes his and his descendants'; whichever of his descendants is his heir will inherit it."
