«من أعتق عبدا وله مال فمال العبد له إلا أن يشترط السيد ماله فيكون له»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever frees a slave who has wealth, that wealth remains the slave's, unless the master stipulates that wealth for himself, in which case it will be the master's."
