«إذا سكر أحدكم فاجلدوه ثم إن سكر فاجلدوه ثم إن سكر فاجلدوه فإن عاد الرابعة فاقتلوه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you drinks an intoxicant, flog him; then if he drinks again, flog him; then if he drinks a third time, flog him again; and if he does it a fourth time as well, kill him."
