«إذا رأى أحدكم رؤيا يكرهها فليتحول وليتفل عن يساره ثلاثا وليسأل الله من خيرها وليتعوذ بالله من شرها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When one of you sees a dream that he dislikes, let him turn over, spit (lightly) to his left three times, ask Allah Almighty for the good of that dream, and seek refuge with Allah from its evil."
