«للمملوك طعامه وكسوته ولا يكلف إلا ما يطيق فإن كلفتموهم فأعينوهم ولا تعذبوا عباد الله خلقا أمثالكم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"It is the right of the slave to be given food and clothing, and not to be burdened with any work except what he can bear. If you give them heavy work, then help them, and do not torment the servants of Allah, who are a creation just like you."
