Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 5191 — It is the right of the slave
«للمملوك طعامه وكسوته بالمعروف ولا يكلف من العمل إلا ما يطيق»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"It is the right of the slave to be given food and clothing in a fitting manner, and not to be burdened with any work except what he can bear."
